Do I have to pay sales tax? | |
Almost every state in the US requires online retailers to charge sales tax. Some states also require sales tax on the shipping charge. Sales tax is determined by the state to which the item is being shipped. |

If you created an account by adding a password when you placed your order you can access your orders invoices in your account. If you did not set up an account, please contact us with your request and we will can email it to you. You should also have a copy of the order in your email records. | |
When will my credit appear on my account? | |
We post refunds within 24 hours of receiving a return and within a few hours of a cancellation. The time it takes your credit card issuer to post refunds depends on their internal procedures. In most cases credits will be reflected in 3 to 5 business days. Non-US based credit card issuers take longer. If you are expecting a credit and 7 to 10 business days have passed without the transaction reflecting on your account, please contact us. | |

A pending charge is placed on your account when you submit your order. Charges typically settle within 24 hours. |
