My husband and I sent this to a friend who had open heart surgery. He thought it was great and it made him laugh. On the card we told him to be a good boy and take his "medicine". He called to thank us for the great gift. This was the only place I could find that would deliver to an Alaska post office box. I highly recommend this company!
